Three steps: add the movements, name the plan, then check what the
patient will get and send them the code. Everything the patient's app runs is set
with the pickers in step 1; there is nothing to learn beyond your own vocabulary.
1. Add the movements
Add one, set its dose, and the green line under it reads the result
back. Add as many as the plan needs.
In a hurry? Build a starter plan from the discharge checklist instead.
The five-minute version, for the day somebody
goes home. Tick the movements, pick the side, say how often, and press Build it.
A ready-made plan lands in step 3 below, with sensible starting doses, plus a
printable sheet that carries the same code.
2. Name the plan and add your notes
For the record: who wrote it, when to review it, your own words (optional)
Stored word for word with the plan, so what you actually asked
for is on the record beside what the app runs. The app does not read this text
and nothing typed here changes what the patient practises; step 1 does that.
Review-after and authorship travel with the plan for your records too; the app does not send reminders yet.
3. Check what the patient gets, then send the code
The plan travels as this code, one short piece
of text that carries everything above:
Add a movement in step 1 to get a code.
for developers
Send the code by whatever route you already use with this patient.
They open the app, paste it under Have a plan code from your coach? at the
bottom of the Practice panel, and press Use this plan. Nothing is uploaded
anywhere: the code itself is the plan, carried by the patient.
